Summary :This is an act further to amend the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 which was
consolidatory, establishing Panchayats for effective involvement of such institutions “in
the local administration and development activities” 1 in non-tribal (or non-“Scheduled” 2 ) areas.
